Late arrival of Weekend Trips: If you cannot arrive at the campground before 11:00 P.M., please make arrangements to arrive the next morning.

Quiet Hour: All loud noise (music and singing) is prohibited after 11:00 p.m. on all trips. Please be considerate to other members and campers.

Cancellation Policy: 2 Weeks Prior to the Trip Departure

• The member will be sent a cheque for the cost of the trip minus $25.00 cancellation fee.

• If the member finds a replacement, no cancellation fee. The member makes all the financial arrangements.

Less than two weeks prior to departure:

• The organizer will phone people on the waiting list

• If a replacement is found the member will receive the cost of the trip minus $25.00 cancellation fee.

• If a replacement is not found the member will forfeit total amount of the trip.

Special Note: Some trips have special circumstance i.e. B & B, University Residences or resorts have different cancellation policies. Ask your trip leader what the cancellation policy is for their trip.
